What it means to be "physically fit" is very personal to each individual. Some measure their fitness in weight, size, or how they look in the mirror. Others measure it in the amount of weight they can lift, or time it takes you to run a mile.

 

To me fitness is all about how you feel in your body while participating in the activities you love, whether that involves intensive sports, fun activities or, simply day to day tasks.
