I focus on building personalized exercise programs that give clients a clear path towards goals that have the most value to them. Please contact me directly for pricing details as discounts are available with purchase of multiple sessions.

ONE-ON-ONE

One-on-one training will start with a free intro session where we will get to know each other and build you a personalized exercise program. Depending on your goals/preferences I will recommend 1-3 workouts per week with me and provide you with home exercises to keep you on track and eventually help you do more and more on your own.

PARTNER

Have a friend you love working out with? Partner training is a great option for pairs who have similar fitness goals and want to save a few bucks.

VIRTUAL

Want to keep your distance? Let’s do a workout over FaceTime or Zoom. Virtual workouts work best if you have some of your own equipment. I will make some recommendations based on your needs and goals. Equipment does not need to be expensive . A little goes a long way with some creativity, a few resistance bands and household props will likely be plenty :)

Want to get outside? Let’s do a workout at your local park. I will meet with my clients at any park in the south Denver area. Park workouts are lots of fun and provide an opportunity for new variety and creativity in exercises.
